Our client is located on the
picturesque West Coast of Scotland, require a Mixed Veterinary Surgeon for 12 –
18 months, to cover a maternity period starting December 2019 / January 2020.
This is an ideal opportunity to gain a broad range of experience on friendly owner occupier farms. The practice is mixed, treating Dairy, Beef, Sheep and some equine (60%) with a well-equipped small animal clinic (SA 40%). While also pursuing your own interests/outdoor pursuits, hillwalking, sailing, surfing, golf etc.

There are currently 4 vets that are supported by excellent team of lay staff.
You will be covering all first opinion duties where required and have experience in all basic surgery and good consulting skills. The practice is offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a funded CPD package as well as 30 days holiday. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years UK experience.”
